Jon-David Hague
Chief Operating Officer
Jon-David leads the daily operations of the business. He has held positions at Cengage Group, managing a $100M+ portfolio of learning products and McGraw-Hill Education where he was responsible for acquiring academic talent and managing philosophy and history publications.
Jon-David holds a Ph.D. in Classical Studies from Boston University.
Bob Pierce
Director, Government Group
Bob leads the Government Group at Memre. Bob started his professional career after serving as an Army Officer for over 20 years. Upon his retirement Bob worked at General Dynamics Missions Systems as a Senior Trainer, Deputy Program Manager and Program Manager for the Command Post of the Future Command and Control Software System. Before joining Memre, Bob worked at nFocus Solutions as the Director of Programs for the Department of Defense.
Bob holds a Master of Military Art & Science from the U.S. Army Command & General Staff College, and an MBA degree from the University of Phoenix. He also received a Masters Certificate in Program/Project Management from Villanova University.
Phaedrus Raznikov
Director of Engineering
Phaedrus joined the company in 2020. Before Memre, he co-founded chatbot startup Betterment Labs and worked at Novacoast, providing cybersecurity consulting and tailored software engineering services to large organizations. In his free time Phaedrus can be found contributing to open source and reading the classics.
Hanko Jones
Director of Product
Hanko joined in 2019, leading the product management function for the company. After taking some time during the pandemic to care for his newborn son, Hanko rejoined the team in 2021 to focus on all aspects of the product life cycle. In his career before joining Memre, Hanko managed the product teams for two product lines at Emburse, the world’s largest independent provider of expense reporting tools.
